Yes. Every private tour starts with a safety briefing and hands-on instruction before you set off. Guides ride alongside you and adjust the pace to your comfort level, so first-timers and experienced riders can join the same tour without either feeling rushed or held back.

Yes, it's designed specifically for that. Ponies are matched to each child, a handler stays right beside them for the whole ride, and the route sticks to shaded, flat trails in the Palmeraie. Parents ride or walk alongside, so nobody is out of sight.

For quad biking you get a helmet and a full safety briefing before starting; long trousers are recommended and can usually be arranged if you don't have any with you. For camel and pony rides, guides provide a traditional cheich scarf for sun protection and stay with you throughout.

From 7 years old. Children that age ride their own smaller quad rather than sitting behind an adult, a guide stays with them and leads the whole way, and a helmet is provided and worn. Under 7, the pony tour is the one to book instead.

About 10 to 15 minutes by car from the Medina or Gueliz. It's close enough that the drive barely eats into your day, which is one of the reasons a Palmeraie excursion works well even if you only have a half-day free.

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and closed-toe shoes work best for all three activities. For quad biking, long trousers are preferable to shorts. Bring sunglasses and sunscreen — the Palmeraie has little shade outside the palm groves themselves, especially around midday.

Cancellations are free. If your plans change, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know, and we'll cancel or reschedule your booking with no charge. We'd just ask for as much notice as you can give so we can release the time slot for other guests.

It usually is, if you'd rather have two different paces in one outing than book two separate visits. Quad and camel takes about 3 hours, camel and pony about 3 hours, and pony and quad about 2 hours. Because the tour is private, you decide how long to spend on each half.
