Palmexc (palmexc.com) is a trade name of ALI PALMERAIE QUAD SARL AU, N 22 Douar Louisate Les Palmiers, Marrakech, Morocco. We organise quad, camel and pony tours in the Palmeraie of Marrakech.

What data we collect

When you contact us or book (by WhatsApp, phone, email or our website): your name, phone number, country, preferred date and time, number of people, the activity you ask for, your hotel for pickup, and the messages you send us.
When you visit our website: technical data such as pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, collected by cookies and similar tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).

Why we use it

To answer your questions and manage your booking (pickup, time, activity).
To send you messages about your booking on WhatsApp.
To measure and improve our website and our ads.
To meet our legal and accounting duties.

WhatsApp

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) to answer customers. Some replies may be sent automatically by our booking assistant. Your WhatsApp messages and booking details are stored securely in our booking records. You can ask us at any time to stop messaging you.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with services that help us run the business: Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), Google (Analytics, Ads, Sheets, Drive), TikTok, Cloudflare (hosting of our booking assistant) and Vercel (website hosting). These companies may process data outside Morocco under their own privacy protections.

Our automation tools

Our internal tools connect to our own Google, Meta and TikTok accounts only, to publish our content and read our own ads and website reports. We do not use these tools to access other people's accounts, and we do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it.

How long we keep it

Booking and contact data: up to 2 years after your last contact, unless the law requires longer. Website analytics data: as set in each tool (maximum 26 months).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to ouchriayassine@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. In Morocco, your data is protected by Law 09-08, and you can contact the CNDP (www.cndp.ma). If you are in the European Union, you also have your rights under the GDPR and can contact your local data protection authority.

Children

Bookings must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may then work less well.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
