1. Who we are

2. Bookings

You can book by WhatsApp, phone, email or our website. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing (for example by WhatsApp). Please give correct details: name, date, time, number of people, activity and hotel.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website or given to you when you book. The price, what is included and how to pay are confirmed in your booking message.

4. Hotel pickup

Hotel pickup and drop-off are available. Details and any extra cost are confirmed when you book.

5. Changes and cancellations

The change and cancellation conditions are given to you when you book. We may change the time or cancel a tour for safety reasons, bad weather or events outside our control. In that case we offer you another date or a refund of what you paid for the tour.

6. Safety

  • Follow the guide's instructions at all times.
  • Helmets are provided for quad rides and must be worn.
  • Quad riders must be fit to ride and must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Children can ride a kids quad from 7 years old, on a small quad, led by a guide, with a helmet, and with a parent's permission.
  • We may refuse a ride to anyone who puts themselves or others at risk.

7. Health

Tell us before your tour about any health problem, pregnancy or injury. You take part at your own responsibility.

8. Liability

We take care to run safe tours with trained guides and maintained equipment. We are not responsible for damage caused by not following the guide's instructions, or for lost personal items.

9. Photos

Our guides may take photos or videos during tours. We only use photos where you can be recognised on our website or social media if you agree.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute goes to the courts of Marrakech, unless the law of your country gives you other rights.
